The cost to register for the rally is the sum of two amounts.

The first amount is the Trailer Fee of $120* for the three nights of the rally -
Thursday night July 13th thru Saturday Night July 15th
(the rally contnues through sundown Sunday)


The second amount is the Rally Registration Fee of $35 per person who attends the rally -
the exception being children 11 & under who attend for free.

Example:
1 Airstream + 1 Adult = $155
1 Airstream + 2 Adults = $190
1 Airstream + 2 adults + 2 children (under 12) = $190
1 Airstream + 2 adults + children (12 & older) = $190 + $35 per child over 11
for all 3 nights/4 days

* Generator use will be allowed, however if you require electric hook-ups for medical reasons,
the fee is an additional $45. These sites are very limited in number and are only available prearranged
with special request via the comments section on the registration form. You will be contacted by
the Rally Hosts to finalize your request with a confirmation of availability.
Rally T-Shirts are also available for purchase.
If you want a momento of the rally - pre-order your "T" with your registration,
in order to keep rally expenses down, we don't order "extras".



Because we are a vintage rally...
(and we had so many technical difficulties!),
We are only offering registration the old-fashioned way---by snail-mail.

We all hate 'em,but we do have a couple...

We have arranged for a group boondocking site at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds
Sorry there is no opportunity for early arrival/late stay at the rally site...

Check in time is noon on Thursday. Check out time is "sundown" on Sunday.
If you plan on arriving in the area prior to the start of the rally, arrangements
for your stay will need to be made off-site.

For insurance & legal reasons, only registered rally attendees will be allowed
on the premises and allowed to participate in rally activities except
for during the Open House...which is open to the public.
You must pre-register for this rally -
so we can plan accordingly.
Chaffee County Fairgrounds & governing laws require that all "adult beverages" shall be
consumed discreetly inside your Airstream or purchased in the Saloon with "tickets".
Tickets will be available at the Rally.

Due to the popularity of this rally and the limited number of spaces available,
all attendees must be members of the WBCCI & the VAC. 
If you are not currently a VAC Member (or VAC Associate Member) and
would like to send your Membership Application & Dues
along with your rally registration you may do so.
