Chili Dump Supper - This explosive opening event has become a Rocky Mountain Rally tradition. Everyone dumps their favorite chili recipe into the community cauldron, and we stir and serve the results. Bring a "chili-bowl portion" for each member of your family and we'll heat it all up together for a real treat.  This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another & reacquaint ourselves with old friends...gets things tootin'.

Tunes in the Tent
with the local rally talent.  Bring your instrument of choice or your tapping toe to join in and enjoy the jam session...or go check out the opening night of the High Mountain Hay Fever Festival fesitivies...don't forget to take your blanket or chair.

Catered Breakfast at the Cantina.  Westcliffe is home to a wonderful Amish Community who will be cooking us a hearty breakfast to get the day started.

Check out some of the offerings below...or take a hike in the surrounding mountains or a stroll through Westcliffe & Silver Cliff.  

    Information will be available for the following tours and activities:
          - Tour The Historic Beckwith Ranch
          - Tour the fascinating Bishop Castle
          - Road trip to Salida
          - Visit the local Amish furniture store
          - Visit the Royal Gorge
          - Visit Mission: Wolf
          - Visit the restored 1879 Slilver Cliff Town Hall & Fire House Museum
          - Visit the One Room School House Museum
          - Visit the All Aboard Westcliffe Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum
          - Visit the Great Sand Dunes either via the highway or the road less
                    travelled - Medano Pass Primative Road

"Getting Started with your Restoration..." - This time is set aside for informal restoration related discussions and "Q &A with Luke the Maintenance Guy" and for those you who have "been there, done that" to share with those who are "newbies" to the restoration experience. The topics of discussion will be determined by those in attendance.  Topics of past rallies have included: Ferrying & Retrevial, Running Gear, Floor & Frame Repair, Electrifying Electrical, Plumbing - It All Flows Down Hill, Riveting & Sheet Metal 101, Wax On -Wax Off...this is for those of you who just can't get enough Resto-talk.

"High Mountain Hay Fever Bluegrass Festival"  - Trek on over to the Big Tent in Town...come and go as you please.  The beauty of this event is all the bands play multiple times over the course of the weekend so you can arrange your schedule to do the things you want to and still hear all the talant!  Check out the schedule so you don't miss your favorites!

9:00-10:30 Open House - Vintage Trailer Open House for the public & guests - let them see how we 'live in our trailers, so put on your best face and arrange the table pretty. This is a voluntary event but lots of fun...it's our way of sharing ourselves with the community.

Rally Potluck Dinner

On the Road again!

Coffee Hour, then... 'parting is such sweet sorrow'

Please plan on vacating the ranch by noon...

* The Planning Committee is still working on some of the details for  rally activities...
so all this is subject to change a bit ~ but stay tuned, updates will be posted as they come in.
It's a real aluminum effort by some real shiny souls!

Don't worry about printing out the schedule - you will get the latest & greatest copy
(along with additional details!) in your rally bag upon check-in.

Dogs on leash are welcome at the rally, however not in the tent or buildings or at the BluegrassTent
and must be cleaned up after by their owners.

Kids are welcome, but there are no specific kid-activities planned at this time...
