Chili Dump Supper - This explosive opening event has become a Rocky Mountain Rally tradition. Everyone dumps their favorite chili recipe into the community cauldron, and we stir and serve the results. Bring a "chili-bowl portion" for each member of your family and we'll heat it all up together for a real treat.  This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another & reacquaint ourselves with old friends...gets things tootin'.

7:30 Chamber Talk - Get to know the area and the things to do during our stay.

9-12:00 Workshops & Demonstrations - This year we are doing things a little differently...
9-10:30 "Introductions w/Q & A" - Time for informal discussion with our "round table" panel of experts. Topics will include the various situtations can be uncovered during the restoration of our vintage projects.  The topics of discussion will be determined by those in attendance.  Topics of past rallies have included: Ferrying & Retrevial, Running Gear, Floor & Frame Repair, Electrifying Electrical, Plumbing - It All Flows Down Hill, We Can Tow It!, Riveting & Sheet Metal 101, Wax On -Wax Off.

10:30-12:00

"You Want More?" - This time is set aside for those of you who just want to get into break off into small groups for more in-depth discussions with one or two of the panel of experts.  It's geared for those more informal one-on-one discussions dealing with specific situations or questions or "how to" questions

12:00-3:00 Free Time and Picnic in Town -  Ride our bicycles & bring your picnic lunch to enjoy by the river....or just bring your lunch and meet us there!  Maps will be provided ~ OR ~ Free Time to get to know each other & Chaffee County

4:30-6:00

Sidewalk Cafe'  - Bring your favorite snacks to share at the tent.  BYOC

6:00-7:30

Potluck Dinner - Bring your own meat to the community grill and a dish to share.

Vintage Presentation - Special Guest Dale "PeeWee" Schwamborn will be sharing his recollections of caravaning with Wally and the early days of the WBCCI.

Lunch - On your own...
1:00-4:00 Open House - Vintage Trailer Open House for the public  - let them see how we 'live' in our trailers, so put on your best face and arrange the table pretty. This is a voluntary event but lots of fun. 

5:00-6:30

Sidewalk Cafe'  - Bring your favorite snacks to share at the tent.  BYOC

6:30-8:00

Western Dress Catered Dinner - Put on your finest cowboy outfit or your purrrdiest cowgirl dress and follow the dinner bell to a catered dinner treat.

Entertainment - The "Airstream Wranglers" will be here to kick things off, but this usually turns into a musical jam-fest!  Bring your instrument of choice to join in...

Swap Meet & Flea Market - Lay out on your horse trading blanket all that surplus vintage trailer and camping gear you've been meaning to get rid of for cash, or swap it for other people's surplus trailer and camping gear that they want to get rid of.
