The eighth annual Rocky Mountain VAC Rally will circle the wagons the nights of
August 7-10, 2008

The
cost to
register is a
sum of two amounts. The first amount is the Rally
Registration Fee of $22.00 per person who attends the Rally, the
exception being children who are 9 years or younger
and who attend for free. The second amount
is the space fee, which is at the rate of $15.00
per night for each night you stay from Thursday night, August 7, 2008
to
and including Sunday night, August 10, 2008. The minimum stay required
to register for the 2008 Rally is two nights Friday the 8th and
Saturday the 9th.
We have arranged for a group boondocking site at the Fairgrounds (as opposed to a commercial campground), so there will be no opportunity for early arrivals (before Thursday) at the Rally site. If you plan on arriving in the area prior to the start of the rally, arrangements for your stay will need to be made off-site.

We
will
have some items for sale at additional cost and
may run some activities or events that
include a separate
charge. Items for sale include our 2008 Rally T-shirts at
$18.00 each, which we urge you to order when you register, as we will
only order a few extras and may not have your size available at the
Rally after we run out of stock. Other items we may have for sale in
our irregular hours Store will be a little bit of past Rally
and new VAC merchandise.
Because we are a Vintage Club, we only offer registration the old way -- by mail.

Due to the popularity of this rally and the limited number of spaces available, all attendees must be members of both the WBCCI & the VAC. If you are not currently a VAC member and would like to send your VAC Membership Application and Dues along with your rally registration you may do so.
